Price and entitlement
Allow costs €200 per allowlist, per month. There are no per-seat tiers. A workspace without a paid entitlement can have one allowlist. The paid subscription quantity is the number of allowlists the workspace can create.
If a trial is offered, Paddle checkout shows its duration, billing dates, and total before activation.
Manage billing
Owners and administrators use Settings to start checkout or open the Paddle billing portal. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, invoices, tax, renewal, and cancellation.
Quantity changes for an active subscription take effect through Paddle. The interface shows the available billing preview before confirmation where Paddle provides it.
Read-only access
A workspace can become read-only when its subscription is no longer active, including past-due, paused, or canceled states. Existing allowlists, evidence, feeds, and deployment downloads remain readable, but changes to allowlists, membership, and requests are disabled until billing is active again.
