Sign in with Microsoft

Use Continue with Microsoft with a work or school account. If an invitation exists for that email address, Allow joins you to the invited workspace. Otherwise, the first user can create a workspace and becomes its owner.

Allow pre-fills a workspace name during Microsoft sign-in. The owner can change that name later in Settings.

Create an email account

Email and password sign-in is also available:

1. Enter a workspace name, work email address, and a password of at least 10 characters.
2. Set up TOTP using the QR code or manual key.
3. Enter the six-digit authenticator code.
4. Save the recovery codes shown once during setup.
5. Use the verification link sent to your email address.

Future email/password sign-ins require an authenticator code. Keep recovery codes outside the browser and do not share an account.

Invitations

Owners and administrators invite members by email. An invitation is tied to that email address, can be used once, and expires after 14 days.
