Refund Policy — Code Guardian Allow

1.Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Code Guardian Allow (“Allow”), our business software service for vetting and managing software extension allowlists.

Allow is intended exclusively for businesses and professional users. Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing, tax, cancellation and refunds. This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions.

2.Refunds

You can request a full refund of a subscription charge within 14 days of the date of that charge. Requests made within this 14-day window are refunded in full.

Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with Paddle’s Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have that cannot legally be excluded.

3.Free trial and cancellation

New customers may receive the free trial shown at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the Paddle subscription-management link in your purchase or renewal email, or through Allow where that option is available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep access until then.

4.How to request a refund

Request a refund using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in Paddle’s transaction email, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. You may also contact [email protected] and we will help.

Include the business name, the email address used for the purchase, and the Paddle transaction or invoice number. Do not send payment-card details.

5.Processing a refund

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, Paddle verifies and processes refunds. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time before funds appear depends on Paddle, the payment method and your bank.

When a refund is issued, access to the relevant paid subscription ends.

6.Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Allow, our subscription model, applicable law or Paddle’s process changes. The version published here applies from its stated publication date.
